Where the family sleeps is a separate question

Housing for a displaced family is handled by our parent company, 1st Choice Living, which puts a furnished travel trailer on the insured’s own land. See temporary housing for Farm Bureau insurance claims, with a list of who insures Farm Bureau members in each state.

lossmap is an independent aerial documentation company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Farm Bureau Federation, any state Farm Bureau, or any Farm Bureau insurance company.

FAQ

Questions adjusters ask.

Are you part of Farm Bureau?

No. lossmap is an independent aerial documentation company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Farm Bureau Federation, any state Farm Bureau, or any Farm Bureau insurance company.

Can you fly more than the house?

Yes. Tell us what happened and what the file needs on the order: the house, barns, machine sheds, shops, garages, silos, grain bins, fences, and any other structure on the property. Multi-building and large sites are quoted after we review the job.

Can the claim number go on the order?

Yes. The order form has a field for a claim or reference number, and it stays with the order and the gallery.

How does billing work?

Every job is quoted after we review it. Adjuster and carrier accounts can set up net-30 billing. Email flynow@lossmap.io to set up an account.

Will the insurer accept the imagery?

That is the carrier’s decision. lossmap documents the property. It does not adjust the claim, write the estimate, or decide coverage.

Put the property in the file.

Tell us what happened, where to fly, and when. We review the job and send a quote.
