lossmap is the drone property-assessment brand of Temporary RV Living, LLC, doing business as 1st Choice Living (“we”, “us”, or “1CL”). This policy explains what information we collect on lossmap.io, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose. What we collect

We only collect information you give us or that your browser sends automatically.

Order details. When you order a shoot we ask for the package you want, the property address, your preferred and backup dates, optional access and focus notes, your name, company (optional), email, phone, an optional claim or reference number, whether you are a property owner, adjuster, or contractor, and your preferred payment method.
Pilot application details. When you apply to fly for us we ask for your name, email, phone, city and state, FAA Part 107 certificate number, years of drone experience, an optional portfolio link, and any notes you add.
Support requests. When you open a ticket we collect your name, email, phone, your message, and any files you attach.
Account information. Pilots and customers who sign in to the lossmap portal have an email address and password on file, plus the name and phone number shown on their profile. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider and we never see them in plain text.
Technical data. When you submit a form our server records your IP address, browser user agent, and the page you came from. We use this to block spam and abuse.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.

How we use it

To schedule, fly, and deliver the shoot you ordered.
To review pilot applications and onboard pilots we accept.
To answer support requests and keep you updated on their status.
To send you pricing, a payment link, or an invoice for an order.
To keep the site running and stop spam, fraud, and abuse.
To improve the site based on how people actually use it.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Payment

Payment is not collected on lossmap.io. After we confirm an order we send a secure payment link, an invoice, or bill your adjuster account, depending on the method you chose. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe pages and never touch lossmap servers. Stripe’s handling of your card data is covered by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the people and services needed to do the work.

Our pilots. The pilot assigned to your shoot receives the property address, the scheduled date, your access notes, and a way to reach you on the day of the flight.
1st Choice Living systems. Orders, pilot applications, and support tickets are stored in our own database and in the 1st Choice Living CRM so our team can manage them.
Service providers. We use hosting, database, email, file storage, payment, and analytics providers (such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Google) to run the site. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
When the law requires it. We will disclose information if a court order, subpoena, or law requires us to.

Imagery we capture

The photos, video, and other data captured during a shoot belong to the customer who ordered it once paid. We store copies so we can deliver them, resend them, and support you afterward. We may use imagery in a way that does not identify a specific property or customer, for example to train or evaluate our processes, but we will not publish identifiable imagery of your property in marketing without your permission.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Login sessions for the pilot and customer portals use cookies to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The marketing pages work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and delivered imagery for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our own bookkeeping and legal obligations. Pilot applications we do not act on are kept for a reasonable period in case a fit opens up later. Support tickets are kept so we can see history when you contact us again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email flynow@lossmap.io from the address you used with us and we will take care of it. We may need to keep some records where the law or a completed transaction requires it. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Children

lossmap.io is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant we will say so on this page or by email.
